Based on Article 22 of the Iranian National Planning and Budget Law and the guidelines for determining the qualification of contractors for industrial project implementation via Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and considering the verification of the required conditions, the qualification of “Hirbodan Management” has been confirmed in the national qualification determination system.
This certificate states the Hirbodan’s qualifications for engaging in industrial project implementation as follows:
- Grade 1 in the Oil and Gas Sector
- Grade 1 in the Power Generation Sector
Additionally, in the event of project assignment to this company, adherence to the Law on Tendering No. 130890 dated February 5, 2005, related implementation guidelines, and other applicable regulations of this assistant is mandatory.
The company holds a Grade 1 contractor qualification certificate in the “Oil and Gas” category, covering the following areas:
- “Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Process Facilities”
- “Oil and Gas Pipelines/Storage”
The company also possesses a Grade 1 consultant qualification certificate in the specialties of:
- “Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Refinery Units”
- “Oil and Gas Transmission Pipelines.”
