Hirbodan EPC department, in conjunction with the engineering and procurement departments, completes the overall turnkey capability. The EPC department has completed projects, utilizing work staffs in excess of 250 people on a single project.
Hirbodan has managed projects in Iran and overseas under the most severe climate conditions. Our in-house capabilities keeps the project on schedule through close communication and coordination between individual departments. This control enables Hirbodan to provide more precise and up-to-date information to the client on a regular basis.
Minimizing the use of subcontractors for major portions of the project enables Hirbodan to foresee any delays and allows for flexibility in making schedule changes properly to ensure that the job is completed on time.
To date, Hirbodan has completed turnkey construction projects along with having turnkey capability, Hirbodan also handles straight construction projects, plant commissioning/start-up, debottlenecking services.
